OUR RITUAL TEMPLATES PROMOTE ENGAGED COMMUNITIES
We need rituals to thrive in life. Rituals give us sense and direction in our human existence.
Rituals help us forge stronger bonds within ourselves, those around us, and the planet.
Rituals mark and celebrate the steps of the journeys we share together.
Rituals remind us of our shared stories and create collaborative action.

ARRIVING: A POST COVID-19 RITUAL
MAKE SENSE OF YOUR EXPERIENCES, LET GO OF TENSIONS AND CELEBRATE YOUR GROWTH
We have named this template ‘Arriving’, because what we have collectively experienced asks us to recognise that the place we left when this started, is not the same as the one that we are returning to. This is not a ‘coming back’.
There is of course a sense of return when we find ourselves embedded in our communities once more, and we should both welcome and enable that feeling. To come back to our communities is a beautiful thing.
To recognise that our communities are different now, and that the world is different now, can also be a beautiful thing. It might be a painful act of recognition at first, but if done with care, it will open the door for healing and growth.
THIS YEAR WILL BE A YEAR FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS- LET'S END IT WELL.
By using this ritual template, you will be able to design a ritual that can offer your community clarity of what has been, closure, celebration and powerful movement towards the new.
By implementing rituals at the turn of the year, we can structure time and space, make sense of our experiences, have a felt connection to the bigger field and our community’s place in it, as well as tend to our emotional wellbeing. With this template, we want to help you take part in this opportunity and support you in being a flourishing community.
START OF WEEK TEMPLATE
GET YOU PRESENT, GET YOU CONNECTED AND GET GOING!
The start of week template will enable you to create a beautiful ritual that will get you present, get connected and get going. This helps you strengthen the vigour of your community, experience an empowering form of togetherness and puts wind in the sails for your purpose driven endeavour.
By implementing rituals at the start of the week, we can more readily find ground to stand on, connect with the people in our communities, and reach a place that is in tune with what we are here to do.
Start of week rituals are very enjoyable to take part in and will over time bring a lot of joy to your community.
END OF YEAR TEMPLATE
We Believe in Showing, Not Telling
"I used the end of year ritual template to co-creat the end of year event for my organisation and our partners and it was the best ever!! We received such great feedback and the lingering connection and the joy of getting together to close 2020 is still in our hearts and minds as the deepest moment of human connection and collaboration. Thank you"
Ada Hakobyan, forum Civil Peace Service
"I loved the very concrete steps that you shared to design a ritual. Thank you also for all the insights on how to facilitate a ritual. The feedbacks I got about my design helped me gain perspective on what I really wanted to do in that ritual. In summary : a lot of learnings, a good time and more clarity on my ideas."
Lily Gros, Facilitator
"It is very rewarding to experience the first batch and meet awesome people from all around the world, who have different context but same intention to build a meaningful community. And through this workshop, I got more confidence and clarity on how to design "the invisible force" behind an engaging community, which is ritual. I really appreciate on how the facilitators pour out their real experience and expertise into a set of well-thought, structured, and easy-to-digest content. Brilliant!"

Rituals, anthrpologists will tell us, are about transformation. The rituals we use for marriage, baptism, or inauguration president are as elaborate as they are because we associate the ritual with a major life passage, the crossing of a critical threshold, or in other word, with transformation.
